Shift Your Relationship with Your Body FAST!

In my morning writing this morning, I found myself trying to beat myself up about something in my life that is changing, but not as fast as my sweet mind thinks it should.

And fortunately, I caught myself in the act of being unkind and was able to shift it pretty quickly.

Wanna know how?

I paused, I got present, I saw the unkindness and stopped the bereavement of myself, and instead celebrated the little changes that have occurred in the last few days.

It was simple, but quite a profound shift from journaling the ‘yuck’ which creates more yuck if we allow ourselves to wallow in it versus recognizing what I was doing and loving myself anyway.

The same thing goes with how you find in your body and in your life.

The number one thing you have to remember to shift quickly is that you can’t beat yourself up into changing how you feel in your body, nor can you wait for it to be better after you get through the holidays, this moment in time, or whatever your go-to of waiting to shift your relationship with your body is.

The time is now.

Presence is where things shift and change for the greater.

You’ve got to LOVE who you are in this moment NOW and then take the action steps to get where you want to be. Change and transformation don’t happen in the future or when the stars align, they happen in the PRESENT and with you being present!! Yes, I know sometimes the present sucks, but you gotta be there to shift and allow yourself to heal.
